Some garments are made to order; all garments are mailed within 2-14 business days after receipt of the payment.

PRE-ORDER: All items purchased on PRE-ORDER will be shipped within 2-3 week after receipt of payment.

US SHIPMENTS

We ship most orders USPS 2-3 days Priority with tracking. A confirmation email and tracking number will be provided upon shipping.

OUTSIDE OF THE US

We ship first class which takes 1-3 weeks to ship and is cheaper for you. Faster shipping options are available for an additional fee.

UNITED KINGDOM & NETHERLANDS SHIPPING COST

The shipping cost is $20.00 to ensure your packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. This way your packages are estimated to arrive within 6-10 business days. Also this ensures you will receive a tracking number which allows you to track the packages once it leaves the US.

CUSTOMS

Non-US customers
Shipments to foreign countries sometimes get held up in customs. We have no control over this. If you are overseas and need the package by a specific date, let us know so that we can discuss faster shipping options.

**International customers: please be aware of your country's import/customs fees when ordering. You will be responsible as the buyer for any fees assessed by your country. We can not refund purchases due to import/customs charges.**

We are obligated to disclose the contents and value of goods shipped to international destinations. International buyers are responsible for custom duties, taxes and fees that may be assessed by your government or postal services.

BERIQISU cannot be responsible for delays in transit. For international or expedited shipping, please contact us to arrange for special shipping at additional charge. Any damage in transit must be reported to the carrier upon receipt, BERIQISU will not be responsible for any damages caused by the shipper but will do everything in its power to help you resolve any issues that might arise with the shipper.

 

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 3 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. (Return must be postmarked within 3 business days of receipt and provide tracking information to insure delivery). Item must not be worn, washed, stained, damaged, nor altered. Must be returned with original tags and copy of invoice. All Sale/Promotional items can be returned for EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY. Custom orders and Sample orders are FINAL SALE. Sample orders are "AS IS"
