SHIPPING & RETURNS

US (DOMESTIC) SHIPPING

Free First Class USA shipping on orders $100+. Discount is automatically applied at checkout and it is only valid for customers based in the US.  Free shipping only includes ground standard shipping. For orders over $100, we recommend choosing another shipping option with signature. If you select our free shipping option, your package will be left either at the door or mailbox by the carrier. We will not be responsible for any loss or misplaced packages if the tracking information is marked as delivered. 

We process shipment within the first 24-48 hours your order is placed. During sales, shipping may be delayed by a few days.  Please note we do not ship on the weekends or US federal holidays.(Christmas Eve *December 24th* and New Year's Eve *December 31st* also count as holidays since all shipping carriers operate on a limited schedule).

Priority/Express orders are fulfilled within 24 hours during our regular business hours (Monday-Friday between 10AM and 5PM). If the order is placed after 3pm, it will be processed and picked up the following business day. If the order is placed on a Friday after 3PM, it will be processed and picked up the Monday or Tuesday after. Please allow 2-6 business days from time of purchase for your goods to be shipped and delivered.

Once the order is shipped, the buyer assumes all responsibility for tracking their package. Please contact the carrier provided in your tracking information for any changes and or any delays. Shipping notification simply means that the carrier was electronically notified by BERIQISU to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the carrier or the actual mailing date of the package. Delivery status information is provided if/when available. Information is updated periodically, but there may be occasional delays. Please check again later. 

NOTE: THE DELIVERY TIME ON THE TRACKING PAGE VIA USPS IS AN ESTIMATION. THIS IS THE CARRIER’S BEST GUESS AT WHEN THE ORDER WILL ARRIVE VIA THE SELECTED SERVICE. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THE EXACT DATE PACKAGES WILL BE DELIVERED.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

By purchasing our products, you agree to the following:

You are fully responsible for the tracking of your items once it leaves BERIQISU's offices and you're provided with a tracking number.

If you live outside of the USA and US territories, you may be subject to import and duty fees.

Please note: Depending on your location, the carrier may not keep the tracking information updated. It is the customer's responsibility to check with their local postal services to see if their items have arrived to any country outside of the United States. Once the package leaves the offices of BERIQISU, and the customer is provided with a tracking number, BERIQISU no longer has control of the the item. If any item is marked as "delivered", BERIQISU will not process a refund for the item. If a package is returned to BERIQISU because it was marked as "unclaimed", BERIQISU will process a refund (minus the shipping costs) for the item(s).

Please allow up to 2-5 business days for your order to be processed, and additional two weeks for your order to be delivered. Most orders are delivered before then, but we like to be safe!

 

Customs Duty and import VAT: basics

If you’re ordering goods online for your own personal use, it’s important to be aware that tax and duty may be charged on top of the purchase price at the point of delivery. What’s due depends on the type of goods and where they come from.  

If you buy goods online from outside the EU for delivery to the UK, you’ll have to pay Customs Duty (if over £120 value) and Import VAT (if over £18) on top of the purchase price (including duties), though Customs Duty is waived if the amount of the calculated duty payable is £7 or less. Please note there is also an £8 Parcel Force Fee for collecting the Import VAT.

OUR RETURN POLICY

We have a NO RETURN policy, which means we do not accept any returns. However, you have 3 days after receiving your item to request an exchange and return it to us for store credit minus the shipping, handling, 30% restocking fee and any other charges where applicable. To start an exchange, you can contact us at beriqisu@gmail.com.com. If your request is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package and your credit code will be sent to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

To exchange/return your product, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs. Our shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance and using a trackable shipping service for your return. If you received free shipping at the time of purchase, we will deduct our standard shipping/handling fee. Online store credits are good for future purchases made on the site and are redeemable for up to one year from the date issued.

To be eligible for a exchange/return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please not items such as our indigo collection which are made from vintage/worn fabrics will have imperfections that are part of the product. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or promotional items and/or gift cards. This also includes any purchases made in person at our studio, fairs, markets etc. 

Custom orders and sample orders are FINAL SALE. Sample orders are "AS IS".

Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically emailed a code to be used on our site for up to one year. Please note 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the total order value. (For examples if total order is $100 then your exchange/return will have the value of $70)
